Do I need to bring bedding?
US and Canadian staff need to bring your own towels, blankets, pillows and linens. We provide all bedding and linens at no charge for international staff.
You will have one period off each day. This time can be used to relax or partake in many of the fun activities we offer at camp. There are restaurants, a movie theater and convenient stores near camp that are open during the hours you are off in the evening. We also provide a fun and engaging staff recreation program that offers additional activities during your free time. We are happy to offer transportation to these activities several times during the week.
You will also have a day off each week that extends for approximately 30 hours.
Schodack has a zero-tolerance drug and underage drinking policy that is strictly and consistently enforced. We are also a completely non-smoking community.
Will I have access to a computer?
We have a comfortable staff lounge with many computers, all connected to the internet, where staff can hang out during their time off and communicate with home. The staff lounge also has individual lock boxes, satellite TV, beverage machines and a pool table.
